How to Use:

• Massage 3-4 drops into your upper chest and shoulder's before climbing into the shower. Once under the warm water, breathe in deeply. Exhale slowly to benefit from the calming scent. Wash off as per your normal shower ritual.
• Place 6-8 drops in a small dish at the bottom of the shower & slowly and let the warm air release the STRESS RELIEF scent. Breathe in deeply and out slowly.
• Use as a bath oil.  Add 6-8 drops in the bath.
• Use as a massage oil. Rub, smooth and massage the oil into the skin to relax and revive mind, body and mood.
