Lottie will be taking you through how to best approach the tricky topic of money. She’ll run through the art of negotiation and how it will not only improve your life and your business, but how it can also create great collaborations.
Prior to launching Curate Beauty, Margot worked in buying and merchandise planning at the legendary department store Saks Fifth Avenue. Then onto account management and marketing at an agency focused on brand growth within Amazon’s Luxury Beauty program.
She’ll be taking you through some logistical and retail basics like margins, MOQs, business models and their implications on retailer relationships. She will also take you through a demo of the Curate Beauty brand portal in case you have any questions about how it all works. Come prepped with questions about selling on Amazon, consumer behaviour, and macro retail trends.

Throughout her career she has worked with the majority of the UK's top retailers and driven multi-million pound accounts that include Amazon, Feelunique, Boots, John Lewis and Selfridges. She is now focusing on bringing transparency and efficiency to the market and launching a platform for consumers to save time, save money and earn money all on one beauty platform.
Chanella is going to take you through how best to work with retailers, how to nurture the relationships and what you can provide them with to ensure your brand gets the attention it deserves.
